Features and Views
To navigate to Analysis Overview, select the Analysis Overview tile from the Landing Page, or select Tasks and Analysis Overview from the Main Navigation toolbar.

The column view in the grid is based on what has been configured for the program in Program Settings and by default is sorted in descending order by Request Number.  Each column can be filtered to narrow down your view and data can be updated within the grid by selecting the Refresh List link.

  • Generated – Request is ready to be run
  • In Progress – Request run is in progress

Run Request(s)
To run one or more requests, select one or more check boxes in the All column and select the Run Request button.  To make check box selections in bulk, select the check box in the header of the All column and it will select all rows in your filtered view (note this is disabled when your filtered view exceeds 50 rows).
  • Requests that are a part of a finalized administration and are in Generated or Run Error status can be run.  Otherwise if they are not in the right status/state an error modal will pop-up alerting you which requests will not run.
  • Requests that are successfully sent to the run orchestration process will be set to a status of In Progress.
  • Once a request has completed running you will receive an Alert in the global navigation toolbar and the request status will be updated to one of the following statuses:
    • Run Complete – Request has successfully completed the run process and statistics have been calculated, saved to the database, and you can visualize the results.
    • Run Warning – Request has successfully completed the run process, statistics have been calculated, saved to the database with warning messages that need to be reviewed within the Request Details, and you can visualize the results.
    • Run Error – Request has ended in an error with no statistics produced or an error in saving statistics to one of the databases.  The error messages will need to be reviewed to determine the issue.
Schedule Request(s)
To schedule one or more requests to run automatically when the next test taker record file is available on or after a specific date, select one or more check boxes in the All column and select the Schedule Request button.  To make check box selections in bulk, select the check box in the header of the All column and it will select all rows in your filtered view (note this is disabled when your filtered view exceeds 50 rows).
  • The Schedule Request modal will open with the requests that were selected in the table where you can modify the Schedule Date & Time column cells.  You can modify the cells manually or if you set up default schedules in Program Settings you can select a schedule in the Select Schedule list and select the Apply button.   This will automatically populate the Schedule Date & Time cells based on the Admin Start Date + n number of days specified in the default schedule that was selected.  Once the scheduled dates are set, select the Save button.
    • Note that the Scheduled Time will automatically default to 12:00 AM, so that the test taker records that are ingested first thing in the morning on the date specified will trigger the request run process.  The time can be modified.
    • Requests that have been scheduled will have a calendar indicator icon appended to the request status in the Analysis Overview and Request Details pages and the Scheduled Date column will be populated with the date that was set.
    • When test taker records are ingested on or after the specified scheduled date, the request run process will be triggered and the indicator icon and scheduled date will be cleared.
    • Users will not receive global navigation alerts for requests that were scheduled and ran automatically.
  • Requests that are in Generated, Unresolved, or Run Error status can be scheduled to run.  Otherwise if they are not in the right status an error message will be listed in the schedule request modal and you will not be able to schedule those specific requests.
  • To edit schedules that were set, follow the above process and make modifications to the scheduled date & time and select the Save button.
  • To remove schedules that were set, follow the above process and clear the scheduled date & time and select the Save button.
