Exclude AUs

Exclude AUs (Assembly Units) can be used to exclude AUs from all analyses in a requet. This feature can be used if request status is Generated, Unresolved, or Run Error.  If request status is NOT Unresolved, Generated, or Run Error, 'Exclude AUs' in the Customization tab will display with the grid in view mode, if applicable.

NOTE:
  • Excluding AUs is applied to all item-level analyses included in the request.
  • Note that if your request will aggregate admins, you will need to do the aggregation prior to excluding AUs if they are in the included admins.

To exclude AUs
A CSV file needs to be imported with a list of AU IDs to exclude. The file must meet these validation rules:
  • CSV format
    • The file should be saved as "CSV (Comma delimited)".  Saving the file to a different comma delimited extension, such as "CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited)" may result in errors when importing.
  • One column with header "AU"
  • AU ID (list as many needed in the same column)
    • Note: File may contain other information or columns, however in order to import the list of AU IDs for exclusion only one column can have the header of 'AU'.

Under the 'Exclude AUs' menu:
  • Expand the 'Exclude AUs' menu
  • Select 'Import AUs to Exclude'
  • Select your file.
