The Manage Users module is found under the Configurations drop down on the Main Navigation menu by selecting Users.  The module has three tabs, Add Users, Assign Roles and User Roles.  Add Users and Assign Roles allows admin users (Super Admin and PAR Admin) to add and assign ETS users access to PARcore.  The User Roles tab provides a breakdown of every role within PARcore and a description of the permissions for each role.
