The Assign Conversions module provides the following capabilities:
• Assign, replace, or unassign conversions in eSKM for an administration, test, form, and score
• Assign or unassign a conversion as 'stock' to be applied to future administrations
• Lock or unlock conversions
• View and/or export formatted conversions
• Change the admin/test status
• View a history of actions/events for the admin/test (Audit details)
• Download an Admin Status Report
Conversions in GENASYS that are a result of a loaded analysis request, created in A&A or manually created and associated to a context, will be automatically migrated and made available for assignment in PARcore. Conversions that are directly imported to PARcore can be manually assigned, or auto-assigned during import. Context-based, path-specific, and conversions for MST admins need to be assigned to eSKM using import and auto-assign (see Import Conversions).
Note that admins will be loaded to PARcore using the following notifications from the IBIS® Application:
• For IBT and MST, if an admin has multiple packages, then the IBIS Application will send a notification each time a package within the admin is cloned or a certified package has been reused.
• For PBT, the IBIS Application will send a notification when the admin is finalized. (this will be changed to match IBT and MST in a future phase of PARcore)
Features and Views
To navigate to Assign Conversions, select the Assign Conversions tile on the Landing Page, or select Conversions and then Assign Conversions from the Main Navigation toolbar.
1. Search for an IBIS Admin Code or an Operational Admin Name (Note: operational admins will be implemented in a future phase)
2. The Admin will be displayed in a separate tab which can be expanded to show test-level and form-level details by using the ">" symbols (max of 3 tabs can be opened at one time).
• The list of Tests can be sorted in ascending or descending order by Test code using the arrows next to Test, or filtered for 'contains by' using the filter icon.
3. Only one Test can be expanded at a time.
4. Hovering over the Test code will display the full Test Name.
5. Under the Test code, there are two links:
• Audit: displays all actions/events completed on the admin/test, as well as date & time, and username of the user who completed the action.
• Scoring Model Code: a deep link that takes the user directly to the Scoring Model page in the eSKM UI.
6. The Admin/Test Status is displayed as a drop down that can be updated by the user.
• The list of Tests can be sorted in ascending or descending order by Admin/Test Status using the arrows next to Status, or filtered by selecting the filter icon and choosing one or more of the available Status
values.
7. For PBT and IBT admins, a link to download an Admin Status Report will be displayed on the right side of the admin bar.
8. Context for the admin/test will be listed on the left:
• For PBT/IBT admins, the form hierarchy will be listed.
• For MST admins, a separate row for 'Default' and each path with any path-specific information will display in separate Node rows under each path for each score. Headers show 'Measure', 'Stage', 'AU Class', and
'AU ID'.
º Each default/path can be collapsed or expanded using the ">" symbols.
º No context will display for an admin/test until conversions are imported and assigned. (see Import Conversions)
• For context-based conversions, a form hierarchy will display followed by a row for 'Default' and each path, with context information in separate rows under each path, for each score.
º Each form or path can be collapsed or expanded using the ">" symbols.
º Path and context information will not display for an admin/test until conversions are imported and assigned, however the form hierarchy will still display.
9. A Gaps toggle is provided which, when turned on, will highlight any subforms that are missing conversions.
• The toggle is disabled for MST admins.
• The toggle is disabled if the test is collapsed.
10. Conversion score names and numbers are listed across the top of the columns.
• Hovering over a score name will display the Input/Base score name/score number.
11. Lock/Unlock check boxes and icons are included for every conversion score, as well as a check box and icon to Lock/Unlock All scores.
12. Conversions already assigned will display 'Assigned' and the conversion ID in the cell associated with the score and form (or default/path for MST or context-based).

Actions
Selecting the kabob within a cell for a specific admin/test/form/score will provide you with the following options (dependent upon delivery mode, conversion type, score status, and admin status).
• For path-specific or context-based conversions, the kabobs will be in the cell associated with the Default/Path rows.
1. Assign (only available in an empty cell; unavailable for MST admins or tests with at least one context-based conversion already assigned)
• To assign a conversion, select Assign. The Assign Conversion modal will open.
• Fields under Conversion Target will be pre-populated based on the selected cell.
• Under Available Conversions:
º Program, Test, Administration, and Base Score are pre-populated based on the selected cell. If a conversion does not exist for the Administration and/or Base Score, those cells will not be pre-populated.
º Available conversions based on the pre-populated fields will display at the bottom of the modal.
º If selections are changed for context fields, or Request Number is selected as search criteria, Search must be selected to re-populate the available conversions.
♦ If Request Number is selected, Test, Administration, and Base Score fields are disabled.
º The default view for available conversions is Flagged as Final. Moving the toggle to Show All will display all conversions available for the selected context/request.
• When selecting a conversion ID, a preview table will display showing the conversion table Input and Output scores (seen in the second screenshot below).
• Selecting Assign will bring you back to the admin tab. The selected conversion ID will display in the specified cell and the conversion will be assigned in eSKM.
º If the conversion score range does not match the min/max score range in the system, an 'Out of Range' message will display and you're given the option to continue or go back.
º For CAT delivery mode, a message will display saying that the Min and Max are not supported for CAT tests and you're given the option to continue or go back.
Available Conversions and Conversion Preview Table:
Actions 2-6 below are available in a cell where a conversion is assigned:
2. Replace (disabled for MST admins, tests with context-based conversions assigned, if conversion score is locked, or admin status is locked for final scoring)
• To replace a conversion that is already assigned, select Replace. The Replace Conversion modal will open.
• Fields under Conversion Target and Available Conversions will be pre-populated based on the selected cell. If a conversion does not exist for the Administration and/or Base Score, those cells will not be
pre-populated under Available Conversions.
• Available conversions based on the pre-populated fields are displayed at the bottom of the modal.
• If any context fields are changed, or Request Number is selected as the search criteria, Search must be selected to re-populate the available conversions.
º If Request Number is selected, Test, Administration, and Base Score fields are disabled.
• The default view for available conversions is Flagged as Final. Moving the toggle to Show All will display all conversions available for the selected context/request.
• When selecting a conversion ID, a preview table will display showing the conversion table Input and Output scores.
• Selecting Replace will bring you back to the admin tab. The selected conversion ID will display in the specified cell and the conversion will be assigned in eSKM.
º If the conversion score range does not match the min/max score range in the system, an 'Out of Range' message will be displayed and the user is given the option to continue or go back.
º For CAT delivery mode, a message will display saying that the Min and Max are not supported for CAT tests and you're given the option to continue or go back.
3. Unassign (disabled if score is locked or admin status is locked for final scoring)
• To remove a conversion, select Unassign.
• A confirmation message will appear. After confirming, the conversion ID will be removed from the cell and from eSKM.
• For path-specific or context-based conversions, Unassign is only available in the cell on the Default row. Unassigning at the Default level will remove conversions for all paths.
º When MST or context-based conversions are unassigned, the rows will first display with a strikethrough. After reloading the test (by collapsing and expanding), or closing and re-opening the admin tab, the
rows will be removed.
4. Save .csv
• To save a csv file of the conversion that contains context, raw score, unformatted conversion score, and formatted conversion score information, select Save .csv.
• If there are multiple formatted conversion scores associated to the same input score, there will be multiple Save .csv buttons followed by the Score Name.
• For context-based conversions the csv file will contain additional path-specific fields for the path and context information (context name(s) and context value(s)).
NOTE: For MST path-specific conversions the file will not contain any additional path-specific fields.

5. Stock Settings (disabled for MST admins, tests with context-based conversions assigned, or if the admin is associated to a non-default scoring model)
• To assign a conversion as stock to be applied to future admins, select Stock Settings. The Stock Conversions modal will open.
• Fields under Conversion Target will be pre-populated based on the selected cell.
• NOTE: All actions automatically apply in eSKM when moving the toggles in the steps below.
• The target conversion can be assigned to 'All Future' (stock) or any future admins that have already been acquired by eSKM and are not locked for final scoring, by moving the Unassigned/Assigned toggle to
Assigned.
º Future admins that are locked for final scoring will have toggles disabled and will only be able to be modified within the admin-specific window (can navigate to specific admin by selecting the admin
hyperlink).
º When assigning to a specific admin, if the conversion score range does not match the min/max score range in the system, an 'Out of Range' message will be displayed and you're given the option to
continue or go back. (this validation is bypassed when assigning to 'All Future')
• To replace a conversion already assigned to a future admin in the list:
º If conversion is locked, move the Unlocked/Locked toggle to Unlocked.
º Move the Unassigned/Assigned toggle to Unassigned to remove the current conversion ID.
º Move the toggle back to Assigned to assign the target conversion.
• Locking/Unlocking can be done using the Unlocked/Locked toggle as long as a conversion is assigned to the target.
• After selecting Close the modal closes.
º Conversions assigned to 'All Future' will be added to the Stock Conversions table for the program (see Stock Conversions)
º If the conversion is assigned to a future admin, and the admin is already opened in the Assignments tab, the page will need to be refreshed to display changes.
6. Formatted conversions can be viewed by selecting the Conversion ID hyperlink.
• A Conversion Detail modal (seen in the second screenshot below) will open to display context, score name/number, Conversion ID, Status, and Input Score, Output Score, and Formatted Score.
• If there are multiple formatted conversion scores associated to the same input score, there will be multiple tabs in the modal for each conversion score.
7. Locking/Unlocking conversions assigned to a score for all forms for the admin/test is done by clicking on the checkbox or the lock icon in the column heading under the score name/number.
• Locking a score can only be done if all forms being delivered for the admin/test have conversions assigned for that specific score.
º If the conversion score is unable to be locked, a descriptive error message will be displayed.
• Unlocking a score can only be done if the admin status is not Locked for Final Scoring.
8. Bulk Locking/Unlocking conversions for all scores and forms for the admin/test can be done by clicking the checkbox or the lock icon in the column with heading 'All'.
• Bulk locking can only be done if all scores for all forms under the admin/test have conversions assigned.
º If some conversions are missing, an error message will display with the score(s) that can't be locked, but all other scores will be locked.
• Bulk unlocking can only be done if the admin status is not Locked for Final Scoring.
9. Changing the Admin/Test Status can be done by using the drop down under Status. Validation rules are the same as in eSKM:
• 'Locked for Field Scoring' is disabled for PBT admins.
• 'Initial' is disabled if status is 'Locked for Final Scoring'.
• Status can only be changed to 'Locked for Final Scoring' if all forms under an admin/test have conversions assigned and locked.
• If status is changed from 'Locked for Final Scoring' to 'Locked for Preliminary Scoring'/'Locked for Field Scoring' a warning message will display to alert you that unlocking the admin will prevent scores based on
conversions from being displayed in the field until the admin is locked again. The only exception to this is if the associated scoring model includes the Output Score Rule flag, in which case field scores
will still be presented.
10. Reporting On Hold Due to PINs - If an admin/test is on hold for scoring due to PINs an alert/hyperlink will be shown above the Admin Status field. Clicking on the hyperlink will take you to the Admin/Test
screen in eSKM which displays the PIN details upon which a user can take action. (necessary permissions are needed in eSKM to change a PIN hold)
• Once a user takes action in eSKM on all PINs for the admin/test and sets scoring to Restart/Rescore, the alert message will not automatically disappear from the Assign Conversions screen. The user
needs to manually refresh the page to see the changes take effect.
**For more information on PINs and Admin Status, see the following document: PIN Process in eSKM Guide for PAR Users
11. Audit - The Audit hyperlink under TEST can be selected to show a history of all actions performed on the admin/test, either by a user or by a system.
• The Audit details are able to be exported to a file by selecting Export List in the Audit Details modal (seen in the second screenshot below).
12. Admin Status Report - The Admin Status Report hyperlink, located on the right side of the admin bar for PBT and IBT admins, can be selected to download a CSV file that includes the following information for
all tests included in the admin:
• Testingprogram (program code)
• Test (test code)
• Testname (full test name)
• Administration (IBIS admin code)
• Administrationstatus (admin/test status)
• Score (score number - score name)
• Scorename (score name)
• Scoreid (score number)
• Scorestatus (locked status)
• Ibisformdesignation (IBIS form code or 'All Forms in Admin')
• Userformdesignation (User form code or blank if not applicable)
• Conversionid (conversion ID; {prog code}/{request #}/{analysis #})
For context-based conversions only:
• Path- The path sequence number (i.e. 1) or DEFAULT for the default path.
• Context - this field will be a combination of the context name(s) and the context values(s). If a conversion is assigned to more than one context, the context detail values will be concatenated into one field with a
pipeline separation in the order which they appear in eSKM.
º The format if there is one context: context name=context value
º The format if there are multiple contexts: context name1=context value1|context name2=context value2 (continuing on for all contexts)
