PARcore is the repository for statistics.  Once statistics have been imported into PARcore, they are first saved to the Statistics service.  From there they are migrated to the SRR service, which makes them available for retrieval when running SRR's.  The statistics are also migrated to eSTOR for retrieval in other applications (e.g., IBIS^® Application).

To import item-level statistics to PARcore, a layout is required.  The layout, along with the import file, allows statistics to be imported (See Import Item Statistics) and stored in the PARcore database.
