User Roles provides all PARcore users with visibility into all the roles configured in the application, regardless of the individual's role(s). A high level description of each role is provided on the User Role page, as well as the ability to select two or more roles for comparison.
User Roles can be accessed one of two ways:
- All users can navigate to User Roles by selecting See All Roles from the Profile Settings page.
- PAR Admins and Super Admins can also navigate to User Roles by selecting Configurations from the Main Navigation, then selecting Users from the drop down, and then selecting the User Roles tab.
Upon selecting Compare Roles the user is presented with a table of all permissions for each selected role so they may easily identify roles needed for themselves or others. This table can also be exported as an Excel or CSV file.
