A Statistic Set is a saved component that is available for repeated use in the SRRs module in PARcore and in the RTSSTAT API programs. For SRRs, if there is a commonly used list of statistics that can be utilized in the creation, then it would save time to create a Statistic Set to be referenced and reused within the creation of SRRs, rather than manually needing to re-select statistics for each SRR that is created. For the RTSSTAT API programs, you will need to use a statistic set to retrieve the specific set of statistics that you are interested in.
Create a Statistic Set
From the Main Navigation, select Data and Statistic Sets
1. Select the Add Statistic Set button
2. In the Add Statistic Set modal, do the following:
• The program defaults to the program selected in the Global Navigation.
• Sharing
- Private: The statistic set is for your personal use and is not shared with others.
- Shared: The statistic set is available for you and others to use with access to the program it is saved to.
• Name - Enter a unique name within the program
• Description
• Level - Select either Test or Item, depending on which set of statistics you are interested in.
- Test level statistics are only applicable to RTSSTAT API and are not available in SRR.
• Select Statistics - Based on the Level selection, the stastistic list will either have Item level or Test level statistics. Check off the statistics to include in the statistic set from the list of available statistics.
- The statistics are collapsed to the highest level. Select Expand All, so that all of the statistics for each level display, or you can expand at each individual level so that the statistics for that level display.
- The statistics will be listed in the order in which they are selected. The order is only applicable for SRRs.
- The check box selection is only available at the parent level for Test level statistics. If a parent level statistic is selected then all children statistics will be included.
- TIP: Select Expand All and hold the CTRL + F keys together to bring up a search box. Enter the Statistic name you are searching for and Enter. All instances of the statistic name will be highlighted.

3. Once you have selected the statistics, select the Next button.
4. Select which order to display the selected statistics. This applies to both the SRR run output file in PARcore and the order the statistics will display in the IBISTM Application. This is not available for Test level statistics.
• Statistics can be reordered by dragging and dropping the rows to the selected order. This can be done by either selecting the drag and drop handle or selecting anywhere within the row.
• Statistics can be deleted from the list by selecting the trash can button.

5. When you have finished ordering the statistics list, select the Save button to save the statistics set. If you need to go back and make changes, select the Back button (you will receive a warning message that the order of the statistics will not be saved). Once the statistic set has been saved it will appear in the Statistic Sets table.

In the Statistic sets table view you will see a list of all statistic sets for your program (sorted alphabetically by Name), view the details of each statistic set, and perform actions (edit, duplicate, delete) on that set.
Note:
• The initial view is pre-filtered to the program selected in the Global Navigation. Clearing the program filter will display the statistic sets that are configured for All programs and the program(s) you have access to.
• The Edit and Delete actions are permission based. These options will be enabled if you are a Super Admin, PAR Admin, or the user who created the statistic set.
Statistic Set Details
To view the details and ordered list of statistics for a saved Statistic Set, select the Name link.
Edit a Statistic Set
1. Select the Edit button in the Actions column for the Statistic Set that you want to edit. The following fields are editable:
• Description
• Statistics list
2. Select the Next button to edit the order of the statistics.
3. Select the Save button to save your changes. If you need to go back and make changes, select the Back button.
Duplicate a Statistic Set
1. Select the Duplicate button in the Actions column for the Statistic Set that you want to duplicate to the program that is selected in the Global Navigation. All fields are pre-populated with the duplicated statistic set details and are editable. The Name field will need to be edited to be a unique name within the program.
2. Select the Next button to edit the order of the statistics.
3. Select the Save button to save your changes. If you need to go back and make changes, select the Back button.
Delete a Statistic Set
1. Select the Delete button in the Actions column for the Statistic Set that you want to delete. A confirmation message will pop-up. Select Yes to delete or No to cancel this action. The statistic set will be removed from the Statistic Set table once deleted.
