The Ingest Test Taker Records utility provides the capability to ingest test taker records into the Analysis Datalake for your program to be used in analyses.  The primary use case for this functionality is if you perform complex sample selection criteria (i.e., regression analysis) to remove test taker records prior to running analyses that cannot be completed by a Query.   The sample selection analyses will be run outside of PARcore and the modified file will be used for ingestion into the Analysis Datalake.

2. Once you have populated all required fields, select the Submit button.
  • A banner message will display at the top of the page that says,  'Ingest is in progress.'
  • The file will be picked up by the Analysis Datalake ingest process and you will receive an email once the file ingestion has completed.  The email will contain information about the file, the ingest status, and any applicable errors.
  • If a file fails ingestion and an analysis is run for the failed file context, you will receive a run error.  The errors will need to be resolved and the file reingested before the request can be rerun.
  • If more than one file is ingested for the same admin and uses the same file name, regardless of the Generted Time specified, the latest file ingested overwrites the former.
  • If more than one file is ingested for the same admin and uses the same Generated Time, the latest file ingested overwrites the former.
