Item Response Theory - Equate
Item Response Theory - Equate reports in PARcore visualization studio include descriptive statistics reports and graphs related to the Equate analyses for Item Response Theory. The available reports for a given request is combination of the options as select in the analysis template module and the scores selected in the test settings module. Report Links and Descriptions for Equate:
- Reference Scaling - The report displays a table of the reference form raw scores and unrounded scale scores. This report is only produced if the request contains at least one IRT Equate analysis with a Reference Conversion included. This report will be excluded entirely from the landing page for requests where a reference conversion was not chosen.
- Equating Table - This report contains statistics output from the equating process for both the new form and reference group, including summary statistics of key new form variables.
- Relative Efficiency - This report will include the relative efficiency graph and a table of the statistics produced from this analysis. The report is only produced if the request contains at least one analysis where the optional analysis "Relative Efficiency" was selected. It will be excluded entirely from the landing page for requests where this option was not chosen.
- CSEM Report - The report will include the CSEM graph, a difference graph, and a table of the CSEM statistics produced. If selected in the request details, Average SEM and Reliability are also provided. This is report is only produced if the request contains at least one analysis where the optional "Conditional Standard Error of Measurement" analysis was selected. It will be excluded entirely from the landing page for requests where this option was not chosen.
- Test Characteristic Curves - The report displays a graph of the test characteristic curves for New and Reference (when applicable). This report is only produced if the request contains at least one IRT Equate analysis where the optional analysis "Test Characteristic Curve" was selected. This report will be excluded entirely from the landing page for requests where this option was not chosen.
Additional statistics are produced and available to users beyond what is presented in the Data Visualization Studio. Refer to the RTSSTAT API and Download Statistics help documentation for more information regarding accessing all of the available statistics produced.
