Filters
Refer to Visualize Results for general information about filter navigation for any report.  The filters for this report are:

Item Summary by Item Group - Choose Filter options

  • Analysis - select one analysis sequence number to view at a time.  The analysis sequence number will reflect the sequencing from Request Details for this request.
    • Upon first initializing this dashboard, the filter will display as (Choose your analysis) and a selection must be made.
    • Select the search icon (magnifying glass) and enter search text to see Analysis filter options for the request you are viewing.  Using an asterisk in the search text box will display all possible analyses to choose from.
    • Once the current analysis results have been reviewed, continue to use the search feature or utilize the slider arrows (< and >) to view each analysis one at a time.  If there is only one analysis for this report the navigation buttons will be disabled.
    • The criterion score for the analysis will also be included in the filter description.

  • Group Type:  This is a single select filter where users can select one Group Type to view at a time.
    • Upon first initializing this dashboard, the filter will display as (None) but should become populated once an Analysis filter selection is made.
    • Group Type filter options:
      • All Items  - this is selected by default
      • Assembly Unit (AU)
      • Logical Item Collection (LIC)
    • Once you have completed reviewing the results for one Group Type, change the filter to move onto the next Group Type to view.

  • Item Grouping:  This is a multi-select filter to allow users to select which item groupings within their Group Type to display.
    • Upon first initializing this dashboard, the filter will display as (None) but should become populated once an Analysis filter selection is made.
    • The dropdown menu will display different options depending upon the Group Type selection made.
      • For example, when viewing the "All Items" group type the Item Grouping menu could contain, depending upon your analysis:
        • (All) - this is selected by default
        • Dichotomous
        • Polytomous
      • When viewing "Assembly Unit (AU)" the Item Grouping menu will have an entry for (All), which is selected by default, as well as each individual assembly unit for this analysis.
      • When viewing "Logical Item Collection (LIC)" the Item Grouping menu will have an entry for (All), which is selected by default, as well as each individual logical item collection for this analysis.
    • Only the Item Grouping labels relevant for the Group Type chosen in the previous filter will display.
    • If you change your Item Grouping filter you will need to clear your filter selection back to the default before revising your Group Type filter again.

  • Column Group:  This is a multi-select filter to allow users to select which columns (in grouped sections) to display.
    • Upon first initializing this dashboard, the filter will display as (None) but should become populated once an Analysis filter selection is made.
    • Column Group filter options, depending upon what is calculated for your analysis:
      • (All)  - this is selected by default
      • Average Item Score
      • Correlation with Criterion
      • Delta
      • Percent Reached
      • PPlus
    • Only column groups that are present in the data for the selected analysis will be included in the dropdown menu.  For instance, if the analysis does not contain any delta statistics, the "Delta" column group will not appear in the list.
    • Any filter change made here will persist if moving to a different analysis or a different Group Type.  Clear the filter before moving to your next analysis or next Group Type if needed.
