From the PARcore Data Visualization Studio Landing Page, navigate to this report by selecting the Percent Not Reaching Histogram report icon. This report is only applicable for requests that include the Analysis Type of Item Analysis - Classical.
The bento box menu icon at the top left of the report can be used to navigate back to the Landing Page.
When first launching the report it will be empty. Make initial filter selections in order to visualize the report. Any filter with a red asterisk indicates it is required to have a selection made before the report can be displayed.
Filters
Refer to Visualize Results for general information about filter navigation for any report. The filters for this report are:
- Analysis - select one analysis sequence number to view at a time. The analysis sequence number will reflect the sequencing from Request Details for this request.
- Upon first initializing this dashboard, the filter will display as (Choose your analysis) and a selection must be made.
- Select the search icon (magnifying glass) and enter search text to see Analysis filter options for the request you are viewing. Using an asterisk in the search text box will display all possible analyses to choose from.
- Once the current analysis results have been reviewed, continue to use the search feature or utilize the slider arrows (< and >) to view each analysis one at a time. If there is only one analysis for this report the navigation buttons will be disabled.
- The criterion score for the analysis will also be included in the filter description.
- Minimum Percentage to Display: Users can enter a starting value and any item that has a Percent Not Reaching value equal to or greater than the entered number will be displayed.
- The default value is 1.00
- To change the value, enter a new value and select [Enter] on your keyboard to apply the new parameter value.
- If the analysis being viewed had all items with percent not reaching values less than 1.00 no table will display after you select your analysis from the first filter. If desired, change the parameter to a lower value if there is interest in reviewing items with percentages less than 1.00. Otherwise move onto the next analysis for review (if applicable).
- Any change to this parameter will persist when moving to other analyses.
- The default value is 1.00
- Highlight Percentages Greater Than or Equal To: Users can define a percentage threshold that will be used to emphasize or highlight certain items. Any item with a percentage at or above that value will be displayed with a histogram bar in red to highlight it.
- The default value is 10
- Users must enter an integer between 1 - 100.
- Bars below this value will be the default color (blue) and bars equal to or greater than this value will be red to better emphasize them for the reviewer.
- A vertical dashed line will display in the plot report at the threshold value. A tooltip when you hover over the vertical line will indicate the threshold percent that is being used.
- The default value is 10
Percent Not Reaching Plot Display:
- A table displays for each item that meets the "Minimum Percentage to Display" threshold. The percent not reaching value for that item and a histogram bar graph representing the value will be displayed. The color of the bar will be either blue or red, depending upon the "Highlight Percentages Greater Than or Equal To" parameter value.
- For MST tests, the items being displayed are sorted by assembly unit (ascending alphabetical), then sequence (ascending).
- For IBT or PBT tests, the items being displayed are sorted by assembly unit delivery order then sequence (ascending).
